Programming models that do not work
Many software languages attempt to ease the pressure of programming. This comes in many different forms - from the IDE to the compiler. But it is all for not because bugs still occur. The sooner people accept that errors can happen then they can truly prepare for the prevention of the errors. But we (software developers) are pushed to develop software faster and faster.
To over-come this insane need the software developers build frameworks. These are once again an attempt to lessen the burden of programming and are also meant to increase the speed. Initially this works great but then technology shifts suddenly what was once impossible is now expected and now these frameworks which initially boosted speed of development now hinder it to the point were it feels like a great millstone is tied around ones neck.
